  BEYONCE KNOWLES will hold open auditions across America next week (begs12JUN06) to recruit an all-girl backing band for her upcoming tour. The former DESTINY'S CHILD star is looking for female musicians with "a look", to play drums, keyboards, bass, guitar, saxophone, trumpet, horns and percussion. Beyonce's creative team will hand-pick candidates, who will be required to play parts from her track WORK IT OUT, for a final audition in New York City with the CRAZY IN LOVE star. The successful musicians will then hit the road with Beyonce on 20 June (06).
